I totally cannot believe what my mum said! I was trying on my clothes for the interviews and she kept walking in and out, looking at my wardrobe and hers. (That's one thing good when mum and daughter shares clothes! You have 2 wardrobes to choose from!) When all was done and got back to my computer, she came in again and said, "Actually, you could wear the black blouse with your brown skirt!"

DID I HEAR CORRECTLY??

My black blouse that she was referring to is kinda tee shirt material. And a SKIRT?

She said I didn't have to be so rigid and follow the corporate suit dress code with shirt and pants! I could be different! Well, I am so gonna be VERY different! I think as long as I feel comfortable, anything goes. Besides, it's an interview for a SCHOOL! And not for a job! Moreover, people in office wear dresses and skirts too right? This is getting far-fetched. But ya, I am so gonna be different! And it came from my MUM's mouth! Someone who is really, super, very particular about dress codes and appearance, told me to wear a blouse and SKIRT! Yippee! No shirt and pants for me! Super hate them! Bye SHIRT AND PANTS! Whoots~~

Lawrence was enlisted on Fri and so darn proud of him! He's with the Navy Divers Unit or something like that! But it's really one dangerous unit to be in. Missing him lots at church but he would be out this weekend, or so I heard. YF is going to play laser quest on Sat and I want to go! But there is choir...haiz...

I want to be part of YF but so many other commitments forbid me to. I feel bad...
