This is my first post in a new blog and I am glad that it would start on a happy note!!

Yes! Today is a very happy and surprising day! An eventful one for me too!

Firstly, I finally got this blog going ever since I have been trying since the year 2007 started. The new blogger happens to not let me change my template.

This template happens to be the korean drama that I am watching now in my free time! It's called Tree of Heaven. Some websites call it Heaven's tree. Anyways, it's quite a good show. I am only at the 3rd disc (Ep 6). It has only about 12 ep I think. So far, it has been tear-jerking. It's the typical korean show where 2 people are in love but they can't because they are related though not by blood relation. It's complicating. Weiwei! You would like this show because you would need tissue. My next show would be "My Girl" even though I have already watched a few eps at the end. And I am going to re-watch "Which star are you from". Many shows to watch but so little time!!

I took half-day off today and left work at 2pm. My excuse for leaving early was true but maybe not too convincing. Well, I left early to meet a friend as a farewell. Met kor at Marina Superbowl for 3 games of bowling! The last time I bowled was probably with zhen, jiawen and weelong. 2+years ago? I am still quite an amateur player and so the results weren't really fantastic (below 100). Had a few time strikes though! =) We actually settled for 2 games, but we soon got the hang of it and decided for another. Well, practice doesn't make perfect. My score for the 3rd game was much lower than the 2nd. Anyways, my little finger on my right hand is aching...

We finished the 3 games at about 4pm and decided to catch a movie. We settled for "One last dance". Both of us thought it was "The last dance" and kept asking the guy at the counter if we were about to watch the show that we thought it was, like who the actors were etc.

"One Last Dance" was quite a good show just that the ending made it a bit confusing! Someone, if you have the time, do explain to me how come they repeated the earlier scenes and how did that link to the ending? Kor and I kept looking out for the Singaporean actors and saw people like Hossan Leong, Zhou Chongqing etc. And the Singapore scenes too! Just that they tried to make the MRT station look like Hong Kong's MTR station. Not a bad production in terms of the filming and they had quite nice intermissions from one scene to another.

We went to walk walk around after the show ended about 6pm.

After which, we took the MRT where I alighted at Eunos to go for my e-trial theory test, while Kor headed home. We had a great time together today and chatted quite a bit! It was really an enjoyable afternoon spent with him.

Thanks kor for teaching me how to bowl! And for the many little things that you have done for me like encourage and offering advices. Cheer up even though you face many difficulties and enjoy yourself as you embark on a new chapter of your life's journey! And keep standing up for Singapore because my life and so are the other fellow Singaporeans life, are in your hands! May everything go smoothly for you and I look forward in receiving your mail from Australia!! =) Will miss you lots and when you are back, we must go bowling again!!

I got to the driving centre really early about 730pm. And guess who I saw?!

It was YING CHUAN!!

It was so coincidental and amazing to meet someone whom you have not meet for so long at the driving centre! He was having his driving lesson and his instructor got him out to check something. I stood there waving and he saw! However, we weren't able to meet and chat because I had my etrial at 815pm and would end about 9pm while he would end at 830pm. It was just nice meeting a friend!

My e-trial went alright. Did 6 papers and passed 5 of them. That's considering I didn't study ever since the last e-trial on the 6th. I really regret putting my BTT on such a late date. I want to drive!

Today's a good day! Everyone is happy! And I am happy!

I thank Zhen for starting the day off with me in a happy note and making work so enjoyable! And I thank her for bringing me to the market today to eat. And I thank Kor for being there for me and cheering me on! And I thank God for letting me meet so many nice people!
